Citrus Toner is an alcohol free freshener for all skin types. It has been designed to tone, and condition normal, dry, and sensitive skin. Men and rosacea skin types will also benefit from treatment. The light, gentle formula both hydrates and conditions the skin. It is also non-abrasive, non-irritating and is perfectly balanced to compliment the pH of skin.
Directions for use:
Spray on clean face and neck or after cleansing apply with moistened cotton ball to face and neck. Maybe used as often as desired to keep face feeling fresh and clean. Store at controlled room temperature.
