BP Gel 10 is a light, white, oil-free gel formulated for oily, combination and acne skin types. It contains finely milled prescription-grade benzoyl peroxide to heal blackheads and blemishes and helps prevent future breakouts. This formulation gently sloughs off dead skin cells, helps eliminate acne bacteria, and has anti-inflammatory effects. Benzoyl peroxide is recognized by the American Academy of Dermatology to significantly reduce the presence of P acne bacteria(the bacteria believed to play a primary role in the inflammatory aspect of the acne process.)
Directions for use:
Clean skin thoroughly before applying. Apply a thin layer daily, then gradually increase to two or three times a day. If dryness or peeling occurs, reduce applications. Apply Sunscreen before going before outside.
Warnings:
For external use only. Keep away for eyes and mouth. When using this product avoid unnecessary sun exposure and use a sunscreen. If irritation or sensitivity develops, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Using other topical acne medications at the same time or immediately following use of this product may increase dryness, or irritation of the skin. If this occurs, only one medication should be use unless directed by a doctor. May bleach fabrics. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
